Hey team, I’m Dana Kirchman

Leadership coaching inspires fulfillment and achievement. Drawing on my executive management roles and my entertainment production experience, I’m dedicated to helping leaders and teams raise performance and collaboration.

When I first got into producing and directing theater, I realized I was doing less “directing” and more discovery. I used collaboration and deep listening to nail down where each actor excelled. That allowed me to challenge the actor to find new ways of embodying their role.

Fast forward a decade and I used that skill to help global leaders navigate industry shifts.

For 25 years, I have been leading, coaching, strategizing, and researching what makes people work together most effectively. In the current environment, I’m also focused on reducing stress and increasing balance. While each individual and team is different, my approaches draw on the best evidence to provide a grounded program for change.

Throughout it all, I’ve combined creativity with business acumen and mindfulness to deliver programs that help leaders like you land their eureka effect.
